1. F. Duke Perry Walkway Marker
Inscription. Walkway is named in honor of F. Duke Perry and is dedicated to honor his vision and leadership of the West Virginia University Foundation from 1999 through 2006. Under his guidance, the construction of One Waterfront Place served as the foundation and catalyst for the development of the Waterfront Place Complex. This walkway is a symbol of the partnership between the WVU Foundation and Platinum Properties.
 
Erected 2007 by WVU Foundation and Platinum Properties.
