Inscription.
9 January 1865. Patrick H. Keegan sold this half-lot to carpenter James C. Dillon who built a frame, one, and one-half story house.

28 June 1889. His three daughters sold this house to Patrick H. Keegan.

21 April 1914. Mr. Keegan died, intestate. His daughters, Mary Keegan Crall, and Abigail C. Keegan aquired the lot's title. Sometime between April of 1914 and 18 May 1915,the Keegan sisters added a second story, making it a duplex.

7 April 1959. Dr. Everett E. Stewart, D.D.S. acquired this duplex; removed it's wooden porch; added bay windows, and used the apartment downstairs as his dental office until 1970.
