More about this marker. The plaques are mounted to a wall on the southern end of the depot.

Additional commentary.
1. Renovation in Progress
The depot is undergoing another renovation. This time to return train service. The depot has been used for local transit and Greyhound bus services. The Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) train will begin passenger service once construction is completed. The blueprints show plans to install a plaque at the north end of the station lot, but does not indicate what the plaque will say.
