Colquitt County Courthouse
The Colquitt County Courthouse was constructed in 1902 and has stood for almost 100 years as both a landmark and the point of pride for the citizens of Colquitt County. The Courthouse was renovated in 1956-1957 and a third floor was added to the original two story structure. In 1994, the citizens of Colquitt County voted a one cent sales tax on themselves to restore the courthouse. Construction began July 1, 1998 and was completed in March, 2001.
