National Register District of Belvin Street
The majority of the houses within the district were constructed between 1886 and 1908. Significant Victorian architecture is found in those built for: Sam R. The designation was the result of a preservation survey conducted by the Heritage Association of San Marcos with guidance from the National Register Department of the Texas Historical Commission in 1982-1983.
