Architectural
Quartzite stone is used today, as it was in the past, for its architectural qualities. Quartzite building foundations can be found in older homes in Sioux Falls, as well as on the face of downtown buildings. Several newly constructed and remodeled buildings in Sioux Falls also use architectural quartzite stone.
