Excerpt (in translation): "His new headquarters in 1898, in Puerta del Sol, would consolidate his prestige. It was then number 13 (today 12) on the 5th floor on the left, the attic with a beautiful terrace in front of the remarkable clock, where he held evening gatherings. Even today you can see from the outside the zinc roof that corresponded to his professional rooms. Its inauguration was noted in numerous newspapers. It had a gallery in the portal that attracted notice, through which "all of Madrid" passed."
