The Condon Building was originally built in 1910 for John Condon's Confectionaries & Tea Room. Later it became Mrs. Henley's Tea Room.
The building was modernized in the late 1940s and became Browning's Grocery. Later it became the home of Browning Reagle Insurance and Sier Tax Service.
