1. Osborn House Marker
Inscription. IN 1871, this Greek Revival style home was sold to Daniel Boone's great-grandson, Leonides L. Boone. In 1926, Melvin and Myrtle Osborn bought 47 acres here and raised cows, hogs, chickens, rabbits and horses. Melvin was the county roadmaster, loved trail riding and local rodeos. Myrtle was the town librarian and supported unifying the schools into one district. Their six children graduated from San Ramon Valley Union High School.
