1. Craftsman Bungalow Marker
Inscription. Built by by butcher Wm. E. Hinz and wife Rose for $1050. Purchased 1923 by Nienburgs and 1937 by Camillo Croce, vintner and brandy purveyor of Croce Winery, later the Livermore Winery. Remained in the Croce family until 2007.
 
Erected 2017 by City of Livermore, Historic Preservation Commission.
