1. Vance-Tousey House Marker
Early fine quality Federal style home of Samuel Vance, built 1818. Military associate and friend of William Henry Harrison. Vance founded Lawrenceburg in 1802. River Boats landed on the grounds, and guests reached the mansion through an avenue of cedar trees.Erected 1976 by Dearborn County Bicentennial Committee.
