Org. 1906 on land donated by Jones for the consolidation of Bacot, Curtis and Felder Schools. Bethany School added in 1921 when Jones School was moved to this site. Served the Friendship Comm. until 1975.
 
Erected 1991 by Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
