Monument Relocation
The monument to your left is the new East Pike Run War Memorial. This memorial has been relocated from the corner of Pennsylvania and Wood Street as a Troop 1423 Eagle Scout project by David Rager. The plaque to your right is from a war memorial formerly located on the California University campus in front of Gallagher Hall. College construction caused the relocation. The stone used to build the new memorial is the original stone from Republican School - the former location
