Edifici modernista de l'arquitecte Josep Maria Pujol, inaugurat l'any 1901. Va funcionar com escorxador fins els anys vuitanta. Actualment acull la seu del Rectorat de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili.

Edificio modernista del arquitecto Josep Maria Pujol, inaugúrado en el año 1901. Funcionó como matadero hasta los años ochenta. Actualmente acoge la sede del Rectorado de la Universidad Rovira i Virgili.

An Art Nouveau building by the architect Josep Maria Pujol, opened in 1901. It was an abatoir until the 1980. Currently the home of the Rectors Office of the Rovira i Virgili University.
