Rectory of the Catholic Church (1870) The first rectory was built in 1847. Following the building of the new Catholic Church, Mgr Guigues, Ottawa archbishop, approved construction of a new rectory in 1870. Many changes were made over the following twenty-five years, which modified its external appearance. Today, Church offices occupy part of the ground floor.
