Inscription.  
L'église dédiés à Saint Elot a été construite vers 1570. C'est Jean-Jacques de Mesmes, seigneur du village qui en est le commanditaire. Ce seigneur était réputé pour sa chrétienté. Véritable joyau de la Renaissance, elle serait Poeuvre de Nicolas de Saint Michel Catte olise est classée monument historique depuis le 12 septembre 1942.


The church dedicated to Saint Eloi was built around 1570 at the instigation of Jean-Jacques de Mesmes, lord of the village and renowned for his christian spirit. A true jewel of Renaissance style, the church was probably the work of Nicolas de Saint Michel and was granted historic monument status on the 12th of September 1942.
