Cette requête fut agréée 43 ans plus tard, en 1872 C'était le temps où le facteur effectuait trois distributions o levees par jour. Après son transfert dans l'ancienne mairie, ce bâtiments conna plusiecis occupants (Gendarmerie, cabinet médical...).
