1. Ulcanush Baptist Church Marker
Inscription. Oldest continuous church in Clarke County. Organized 1816 as a prayer meeting; constituted full Baptist church 1817. Charter members were Roedy Allen, Michael Miller, John & Elizabeth Pace, William Stringer, William & Nancy Thorton and Joseph Williams.
 
Erected by Clarke County Historical Society.
