1. First Emperor Marker
Inscription. This bronze statue of the first Emperor was created and cast in China by the famous sculptors Guo Xuanchang 郭宣昌 and Cheng Yunxian 程云贤 . The first Emperor unified China and standardized the written language, currency and the system of weights and measurements. He also constructed a major portion of The Great Wall. San Diego County Supervisor Ron Roberts supported a grant to fund the commission of this sculpture.
