Haley, a 12th child, was born 12/12/12 in Kissimmee. Married Ruby Rayburn of Sanford in 1939. A merchant, he was first president of Downtown Merchants Association, a Kiwanian, member of the Board of Trustees for First Baptist Church, a trustee for the Osceola County School Board.
