Inscription. The Baptist Church of Christ at Davis Creek constituted the year of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 1797 receiving in election and predestination, carries her own key gives free liberty of conscience to think and speak in love purity and fidelity and her association first held 1806 and this memorial put up 1853 by Joseph Hunter who was born March the 15 1791 & died July the 4 1879 age 88 Y 3 M 19 D.
