Inscription. Dedicated in honor of District Justice Dewey La Rosa and William Gross, School Board member and Borough Official. Despite suffering serious physical disabilities from combat service in World War II, both men went on to faithfully serve their community in public office providing inspirational examples of devoted and unselfish public service to their fellow citizens.
 
Erected 1983 by Media Borough Council.
