1. Media Borough Hall Marker
Inscription. Site in 1850 of the Way Homestead, one of Media's original farmhouses, Isaac Chalfont built a livery stable in 1883 and ran a stage line to Chester horses were provided here for hauling apparatus of the Media Fire company. Purchased for construction of a post office building which was dedicated on Armistice Day, 1918 during the administration of President Woodrow Wilson. Acquired by Media Borough and converted into municipal offices in 1969.
 
Erected 1977 by Media Borough Council.
