Authorized by Act of Congress 2 July, 1926

"Wall of Honor"
Dedicated on November 11, 2004

Awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity in the Armed Forces of the United States, distinguishes themselves by heroism or extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight.
