• Established in Craik in 1911 under management of R.H. Frazee of Toronto

• Lot purchased in 1917 for construction of bank building

• Royal Bank officials stated in July 1918 that "It will be a two story brick building and modern in every particular."

• Construction by Smith Brothers & Wilson of Regina began in August 1918 & completed the next year at a cost of $15 000
