1. Louis Pepmiller House Marker
Inscription. House built about 1846 by Matthew Luce. This white frame sill house was occupied for many years by Louis and Caroline Brizius Pepmiller, a native of Holland, and a business partner in the Brizius Milling Company.
 
Erected 1975 by Women's Club of Newburgh, Indiana.
