Regarding The Prince of Wales Prize / Le Prix du Prince de Galles. Although the marker is in front of the Perth Town Hall, the award was presented for the town's "demonstrated exemplary commitment to the preservation of its built heritage." Not just for the preservation of the Town Hall.
