In Memory of Gen. Carl "Tooey" Spaatz, Former Commanding Officer of Kelly Field and First Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force.

This Memorial Proudly Recognizes His 33 Years of Service From 1915 to 1948 as an Aviation Pioneer, Combat Pilot, Air Force Leader and Great American.
