1. International Harvestor Warehouse Marker
Inscription. This building was constructed in 1910 by the International Harvester Company as a warehouse. The International Harvester Company had formed in 1902 when several large farm machinery companies merged under one management. They needed larger quarters by 1910 and constructed this four-story warehouse out of dark red-brown pressed brick. The south facade has a Bedford limestone base and trim, and the limestone is also used in a cornice below the second story window and again in a stringcourse below the plain brick parapet.

International Harvester occupied this building until its regional warehouse-distribution center was closed in 1961. Raven Industries acquired the building in 1979.
