1. Richard Dent Marker
Inscription. After a successful college career at Tennessee State University, Dent was chosen in the 8th round of the 1983 NFL draft by the Chicago Bears. Dent played 10 seasons with the Bears and was named MVP of Super Bowl XX. He retired after fifteen seasons in the NFL including stints with the Bears, 49ers, Colts and Eagles. In 2011 Dent became the first TSU alumnus voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
