1. David Levering Lewis Marker
Inscription. David Levering Lewis was granted admission to Fisk University at the age of fifteen. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Fisk in 1956. He is a two time Pulitzer Prize Winner for Biography or Autobiography, for part one and part two of his biography of W.E.B. DuBois. He is the first author to win two Pulitzer Prizes for biography in back-to-back volumes.
