1. Royal Oak Presbyterian Church Marker
Inscription. Originally worshipping in a log church erected in 1776 in the community known as Royal Oak, the congregation moved to this site on land donated by the Sheffey family in 1853. The church is the second one built on this site. Designed by C.B. Kearfoot, the Gothic-influenced structure was built with significant contributions from local industrialists W.L. and C.C. Lincoln.
