Inscription. This mural was restored in 2004 by artist Ernel Martinez. The original mural was designed and painted by Cliff Hudson. Cliff passed away in 2009. He created this mural and many others throughout Philadelphia as part of the Anti-Graffiti Network and the Mural Arts Program.
