Bahnhof / Railway Station
The town of Lorch owed its position as a climatic health resort at the end of the 19th century to the Lorch train station, built in 1860 on the railway line from Bad Cannstatt to Wasseralfingen, which was inaugurated in 1861.
The extension on the east side dates from 1905. It originally served as a waiting room.
Erected by Stadt Lorch. (Marker Number 1.)
