Regarding Courage, Sacrifice. This two-piece bronze sculpture created by artist Michael Pavlovsky depicts a solider returning from service to a loving embrace. The arch bears symbols of military branches of service and faiths. The faces in the seashells on the arch represent soldiers experiences in exotic lands. A watch without a face depicts how time can stand still when a loved one is far from home. Coming Home was dedicated on Memorial Day 2000.
