Judge Edgar Burton Kinsworthy, second owner of Angelo Marre house, was Attorney-General of the State of Arkansas from January 1895 to January 1899. Served in State Senate for a four year term, and was the youngest member of the Senate. Not only was he the youngest member of the Senate, but was also chosen President of the Senate and therefore became the youngest President that the Arkansas Senate has ever known.
