Regarding Rozelle-Murphy House. George F. Rozelle, owner of a brokerage firm, built the original Queen Anne house in 1887. It was later sold to George W. Murphy, who was Arkansass attorney general from 1901 to 1905. He and later owners added Colonial Revival and Craftsman architectural elements. A contributing building in the National Register-listed MacArthur Park Historic District, the house has been used for business offices since 1953.
