Inscription. The whimsical yellow railing with the music notes is the only remnants of the San Bernardino Civic Light Opera's occupation of this property from 1992-1998. Had they not completely refurbished the current building and convinced McDonald's Corp. to officially acknowledge this location as the "Historic Site of the Original McDonald's" Albert Okura might not have purchased this property.
