“1005 Third Street, Stick-Eastlake, 1887
A very nicely proportioned Stick-Eastlake house with the main floor set between a raised basement and three gables on the roof, and the central entrance porch flanked by angled bays. The pedimented entrance porch on tuned columns is reached by a short flight of stairs.
[Architectural Significance as an Example of its Style:] Excellent."
