Excerpt (in translation): Born on December 18, 1900 in Roubaix, residing at 13 rue de l'Odéon (Paris VIe), Victor Rastello worked there as a locksmith. A member of the FFI of the 6th arrondissement, he was part of the Pont-Neuf group commanded by Captain Martel.
