1. 9/11 Memorial Marker
Inscription.

In response to the deplorable terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the congregation of the first presbyterian church of Kingsville, Texas, makes the following declaration:

We, like other Americans and freedom - loving people all over the world, were profoundly saddened over the unspeakable loss of life on 9/11. While we acknowledge that forces of darkness and evil continue to persist in our world, we believe that through the cross of calvary, these powers have been mortally wounded, and will one day be ultimately destroyed until that day dawns, however, we will, by the grace of God. Continue to place our absolute hope and deepest trust in our lord and savior Jesus Christ, the light of the world.

"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it
John 1:5
