Noel "Tick” Rogers, son of Noel and Lenda Rogers, attended 8 years of school at Munfordville Elementary School and 4 years at Hart County High School, graduating in 1992. Tick was a two- time All-State player for the Raiders and led the team to 24 wins as he was named Kentucky's Mr. Basketball in 1992. He is the all-time HCHS scoring leader with 2.648 points, along with being the career leader in assists, steals, rebound and games played. "Tick” starred at the University of Louisville and played in 4 NCAA tournaments and 10 NCAA tournament games, along with being his Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
