Pieter Alexander van Boetzelaer 1759-1826

Nederlands jurist en edelman. Hij was van 1813 tot 1824 burgemeester van Amsterdam, lid der Provinciale Staten van Noord-Holland en zes jaar Tweede Kamerlid als vertegenwoordiger van de Amsterdamse stedelijke elite.

(English translation:)

Dutch lawyer and nobleman. He was mayor of Amsterdam from 1813 to 1824, a member of the Provincial Council of North Holland and six years a member of the House of Representatives as a representative of the Amsterdam urban elite.
