This one-part masonry vernacular commercial building, built between 1909 and 1913, originally housed a cigar shop, pool room, barber shop, and grocery store in its four store fronts. Florida power had offices in the building during the mid-thirties, from 1940 to the mid-sixties, it housed a movie theatre and later became a dance studio. The building was restored and renovated in 1985 to provide space for retail shops and restaurants.
