Au fond de la cour se cache un des plus beaux vestiges de l'âge d'or du quartier Poissonnière, un hôtel construit en 1782 par un élève de Boullée, Pérard de Montreuil, pour Charles-André de la Corée, intendant de la province de Bourgogne. Le propriétaire suivant, le comte de Botterel- Quintin, fit construire la somptueuse salle à manger ovale éclairée par une coupole vitrée, au décor de marbre et stuc. L'architecture pourrait être de Bélanger, le décor de sphinx, animaux divers, vases de fleurs et de fruits de son beau-frère Dugoure, et la bacchanale du plafond de Prud'hon. Hormis cette salle, l'hôtel conserve un escalier aux peintures de style pompéien.

At the back of the courtyard hides one of the most beautiful vestiges of the golden age of the Poissonnière district, a mansion built in 1782 by a pupil of Boullée, Pérard de Montreuil, for Charles-André de la Core, intendant of the province of Burgundy. is thought to be by Bélanger, the decor of sphinxes, various animals, vases of flowers and fruits by his brother-in-law Dugoure, and the bacchanalia on the ceiling by Prud'hon. Apart from this room, the mansion retains a staircase with Pompeian-style paintings.
