We, the surviving members of the 2515 ASU, ASTP, who met and studied at Howard University in 1943-44 and others who joined us as members of the Prometheans, Inc., do hereby dedicate this memorial to our deceased, our families and friends, Howard University and its staff and faculty, and our country; and renew our resolve to continue in the tradition of service and concern for the advancement of our youth and to the improvement of life through education.
