1. Gregory Freeman Marker
Inscription. Gregory Freeman was born in St. Louis and graduated from Beaumont High and Washington University. He was a St. Louis Post Dispatch reporter and later named one of the 1st Black columnists covering current events, politics and race relations. He hosted the KWMU radio show "St. Louis on the Air" and "Mosaic" on KETC-TV.
