1. Vitilas "Vito" Reid Marker
Inscription. Vitilas "Vito" Reid was born in Jackson, TN and graduated from Vashon High and Stowe Teachers College. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service for over 52 years, and was appointed as the 1st Black Postmaster of St. Charles, Missouri by the U.S. Postmaster General.
