Phillips Building
This building is named in honor of Millard F. Phillips. In 1915, Millard P. Phillips opened a jewelry store in this building. It was later operated by his son, Millard F. Phillips, until his retirement in 1992. Millard F. Phillips was Milan's last Village President. He was elected the City's first Mayor in 1967, and contributed to the Milan community his entire life.
