1. Falkner House Marker
Inscription. Built in 1931 as the home of Murry and Maud Falkner, the parents of Nobel Prize winning author William Faulkner. The house stands on land purchased in 1898 by J.W.T. Falkner, William Faulkner's grandfather.
 
Erected 2007 by Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
